Teri Tan

Teri Tan is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various tech companies. Currently serving as the Recruiting Manager for Product & Design at Figma since March 2023, Teri previously held the role of Design Recruiting Manager at Stripe, where responsibilities included managing hiring for various design-related functions during a challenging period of company downsizing. Prior to this, Teri was the Manager of Product & Tech Recruiting at Marqeta, Inc., partnering with executives to enhance the talent pool in product engineering and design. Teri's background also includes significant tenure at Google, leading teams focused on cloud sales engineering and driving substantial talent acquisition growth in Japan.
