Ursula Heitzer

Ursula Heitzer (Reichle) is a seasoned sales recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and sales positions, currently serving as a Sales Recruiter at Figma since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ursula held the position of Senior Sales Recruiter at Slack, where responsibilities included actively engaging interns and executing university recruitment programs.
