Matt Craven

From 2010 to 2011, Matt Craven worked as a Microsoft Apprentice at QA Ltd, where they gained skills in ICT health and safety procedures, interpersonal communication, and customer care. Matt also earned CompTIA certifications during this time. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an IT Support Engineer at Webfusion LTD. In 2012, they became a Service Desk Engineer at Buzz Sports Ltd, a position they held until 2013. Matt then worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Computacenter from February to May 2013. From May 2013 to November 2014, they were an IT Junior Systems Administrator at GCI, where they were later promoted to Systems Administrator and then to Cloud Service's System Consultant. From January 2017 to December 2019, they worked as a System Engineer at Acxiom, where they spearheaded international projects and deployed and maintained an internal monitoring platform. From January to November 2020, they served as a Senior System Engineer at Acxiom, taking on additional responsibilities such as conducting workshops and offering mentoring to colleagues. From November 2020 to August 2023, they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Flutter Entertainment Plc. Following that, they joined Figment in August 2023 as a Lead DevOps Engineer.

Matt Craven attended Oakbank Secondary School from 2004 to 2009. Matt obtained several certifications including Exam 409: Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center from Microsoft in 2014, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist - CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA in 2010, CompTIA Network+ Certification from CompTIA in 2010, CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in 2010, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2020.
