Pac Smith is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Figment since August 2021, Pac previously held positions such as Principal Recruiter for Tech at Equinox Media and Head of People & Culture for the Americas at SparkBeyond, where the focus was on leveraging AI for impactful problem-solving. Additional experience includes leadership in talent acquisition at BARK and Rent The Runway, as well as recruitment and consulting roles at several firms and organizations. Pac holds a BA in Speech & Theatre from St. Lawrence University.
