Michael Gera

Michael Gera serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lattice Power Ltd since June 2021, providing strategic leadership and corporate finance expertise to startups and corporations. Gera holds board positions at various companies, including Figorr, where strategic direction and fundraising efforts have been enhanced since July 2020, and Ubuntu Towers, where corporate finance strategies were developed for initial fundraising since May 2021. Gera's prior roles include Interim CEO at AFRESCO, where operational structures were established, and Board Member at Starsight Energy, contributing to strategic initiatives and acquisition opportunities. Additional experience includes strategic advisory at Rolls-Royce and co-founding E3 Capital, focusing on investments in Smart Infrastructure across Africa. Gera earned an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc and PhD in Computer Science and Machine Learning, respectively, from Imperial College London.
