Danielle Warner

Danielle Warner is the current General Counsel at FIGS. Prior to their current position, Danielle was an Associate Attorney at Cooley LLP from August 2014 to May 2019. Danielle also worked as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from October 2012 to July 2014. At both companies, Danielle worked with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Danielle also has experience in drafting transactional and corporate governance documents, as well as performing due diligence reviews of company contracts and creating diligence summaries.

Danielle Warner studied international relations as an undergraduate at Tufts University. Danielle then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Government, Diplomacy & Conflict Resolution at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). Finally, they attended USC Gould School of Law and earned their J.D.
