Katherine Henry

Katherine Henry is the Director of Data & Analytics at FIGS. Katherine has over 6 years of experience in business analytics and growth strategy. Prior to joining FIGS. Katherine was the Senior Growth Analyst at NEXT Trucking where they led growth analytics for a digital freight booking marketplace that connects truckers and shippers.

Katherine has a deep understanding of data and knows how to use it to drive growth. Katherine has created customer acquisition funnels, defined KPIs, and created visualizations in Google Data Studio to track metrics. Katherine has also created customer churn, LTV, and user behavior metrics.

Katherine is also experienced in acquiring, cleaning, and extracting raw application data with Google BigQuery to create dashboards used across multiple teams, including C-level executives. Data automation has saved their team 100+ man hours per week.

Katherine Henry holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Loyola Marymount University.
