Marty Willhite is an accomplished legal and business executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at Tulco, LLC since July 2017, and as a member of the Board of Directors for FIGS since February 2019, Willhite brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Previously, Willhite held the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Legendary Entertainment from October 2011 to June 2017. Before that role, Willhite was a partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP for over a decade. Educationally, Willhite holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
