Nancy Jarboe

Nancy Jarboe is the current Director of Human Resources at FIGS. Nancy has over eight years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to their current role, Nancy was the Director of Human Resources at VaynerMedia from March 2019 to August 2020. Nancy has also held positions as a Consultant - Human Resources at Hush, Inc from April 2018 to June 2019, and as the Director of Human Resources at Gavin de Becker & Associates from March 2012 to April 2018. Nancy began their career in Human Resources as a Default Prevention Specialist at the Los Angeles Film School from September 2010 to March 2012, and then as a Legal Assistant at Fiore Racobs & Powers, A PLC from March 2009 to September 2010.

Nancy Jarboe completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy.

Nancy Jarboe works with Jeffrey Lawrence - CFO, Kevin Fosty - VP, Corporate Controller, and Michael Bair - VP, Customer Experience. Nancy Jarboe reports to Trina Spear, Co-Founder & Co-CEO.
