Thomas Gabay

Thomas Gabay has extensive work experience in the legal field. Thomas started their career as a Paralegal at Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. from 2012 to 2014. Thomas then served as a Judicial Intern at The Honorable Valerie Caproni's U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2015. Thomas also worked as an Extern in the Civil Division at the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York during the same year.

From 2016 to 2016, Thomas worked as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins. Thomas later joined the firm as an Associate from 2017 to 2021.

Currently, Thomas is employed at FIGS, where they first held the position of Associate General Counsel from July 2021 to March 2023. Thomas now serves as the Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel. The exact end date of this role is unknown.
