Moira Sinclair OBE

Moira Sinclair OBE is an experienced Board and Executive leader, currently serving as Chair at Factory International and Clore Leadership, and as Trustee for the National Landscapes Association. With a deep commitment to social justice and the arts, Moira has held various leadership roles, including Chief Executive at the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Executive Director at Arts Council England. Moira is recognized for strategic thinking, effective communication, and a talent for mentoring, bringing the best out of people and teams. They are also a Fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme and have made significant contributions to the cultural sector in London through their role on the Mayor of London Cultural Leadership Board.
