Figure is a dedicated brand studio built to give civic, education, and mission-driven organizations the brand architecture and high-end creative production they need to build institutional cohesion, launch high-stakes initiatives, and solidify community trust.

Led by Founder and Executive Director of Brand & Creative Matt Bardocz, we operate on a direct, peer-to-peer partnership model with Executive Directors, Superintendents, and Foundation Presidents. We are your dedicated brand architect.

Architect the Brand Produce the Creative
We eliminate the friction of managing fragmented vendors by bringing brand architecture and flagship production under one roof:

Architecture
We build the strategic frameworks for institutional rebrands or new initiatives, establishing the core messaging, visual identity, and brand standards that build public trust and institutional clarity.

Production
Our studio handles the high-end production of your most critical assets—including pitch decks, annual impact reports, websites, campaign collateral, narrative videos, and more, ensuring the output is always consistent and cohesive.

Trusted to Brand History
When the stakes are national, the history is sacred, or the community is watching, you cannot afford fragmented creative. Figure has been entrusted with originating complex narratives into visual identities that move the public:

The Nation's 250th Anniversary
Spearheading multiple national initiatives for the National Archives—including branding a Boeing 737 to carry the Declaration of Independence.

Cultural Milestones & Tributes
Designing national campaigns for the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, and producing documentary tributes for icons like Martin Scorsese, Tom Hanks, and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Global Impact & Awareness
Delivering creative oversight for initiatives featured on the floor of the UN General Assembly and across Times Square.
