Cadence Schmidt, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management and operations. At Figure since July 2021, Cadence has held multiple roles including Group Manager, Operations Manager, and Customer Success Supervisor, overseeing a team of 8-10 associates and measuring productivity through key performance indicators. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Trainer at Off-Leash K9, where instruction on communication media and scheduling platforms was provided while successfully training dogs and their owners. Additionally, as Owner/General Manager/Head of Marketing at Holey Schmidt Donuts, Cadence led a team of 60 employees, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace culture. Cadence holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Western Governors University.
