Caitlyn Halmans has extensive experience in operations management and customer success, currently serving as Operations Manager for both Fulfillment and Customer Success at Figure since August 2021. Prior roles at Figure include Customer Success Supervisor and Customer Success Associate. In addition, Caitlyn has been involved with Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority since September 2015, holding positions such as Chapter Member, Treasurer, and Public Relations Chair. Previous work experience includes serving as Shift Lead at Showmars from July 2013 to June 2020 and completing an Accounting Internship at Physicians East in early 2020. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Services Management from East Carolina University, earned in 2020.
