Jacob Watson

Jacob Watson, aPHR, currently serves as a People Systems & Reporting Analyst at Figure since April 2022, having previously held roles as a People Operations Coordinator and People Operations Intern, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience, onboarding, HR policies, and data analytics. Prior experience includes working as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon, engaging in various warehouse operations, and serving as a High School Aide at Poway Unified School District, assisting elementary students with homework and organizing activities. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Business Management with minors in Human Resource Management and Business Analytics from the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating in May 2023.
