Joe Hurley

Joe Hurley is an experienced data scientist with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Figure since October 2021, Joe previously held various data-focused roles at Kimberly-Clark from August 2005 to October 2021, where responsibilities included designing dashboards to drive business insights, managing trade spend for the sales organization, and forecasting substantial revenue streams. Earlier positions at Kimberly-Clark involved business analysis, management reporting, and supply chain optimization. Prior to that, Joe worked as a Lead Engineer at Schneider from 2002 to 2005, focusing on network optimization for Ford. Joe holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, a Master’s in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Norbert College.
