Richard Williamson

Richard Williamson has extensive experience in customer operations and security training. Currently serving as Director of Customer Care for Lending Operations and Servicing at Figure since May 2019, Richard previously held various managerial roles within customer operations and customer success at the same company. Prior to Figure, Richard worked as an Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad and as a Sales Consultant at Best Buy. Richard's earlier career includes positions at the Transportation Security Administration, where expertise in security training was developed over nearly a decade, along with roles in loss prevention and retail. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Development from Western Governors University, set to complete in November 2023, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Truckee Meadows Community College.
