Roger Fendelman is an experienced legal and compliance professional in the fintech and lending sectors, currently serving as Fintech Product and Lending Counsel at Figure since May 2023. Previously, Roger was the CEO and co-founder of Firstline Compliance, LLC, from January 2019 to July 2023, where strategic leadership facilitated the firm's scaling and eventual sale to an investment group. As Chief Compliance Officer and Head Counsel at Roostify, from January 2021 to October 2022, Roger contributed to the digital lending platform's growth before its acquisition by Corelogic.
