Sean Sievers

Sean Sievers is the current Head of Integration at Figure. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mortgage Assets Management, LLC from July 2019 to April 2021. Sean was also previously the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer US Consumer Bank & Global Cards and Payments at Barclays from April 2017 to June 2019. Sean has extensive experience in financial operations, including accounting, finance, budgeting, treasury, capital markets, complex valuation and modeling. Sean is a strategic business partner with a proven track record of success in leading financial teams and driving growth.

Sean Sievers is a certified public accountant who earned their B.S. in accounting from California Lutheran University and their certification from the California State Board of Accountancy. Sean also attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

They work with Ruben Padron - Chief Data Officer, Jakub Jurek - Chief Data Officer, and Asiff Hirji - President. Their manager is Mike Cagney, CEO & co-Founder.
