Stan Miroshnik

Stan Miroshnik is a board member at Figure and a former CEO and managing director of ACTUAL Group. Stan is an experienced leader in building and scaling fintech organizations from the ground up, with extended knowledge of the regulatory landscape around securities, banking, money transmission, and credit.

Miroshnik has fostered strong client relationships with asset managers, traders, and key players in the digital asset space, and has developed in-house direct sales, marketing, PR, and compliance capabilities driven by internal CRM. Stan has also led numerous industry-defining projects that have established ACTUAL Group as a dominant trusted brand in the industry.

In addition to their work at ACTUAL Group, Miroshnik has also launched an over-the-counter trading business and technology platform, and has directed the development of multiple technical, platform, and SaaS products in the blockchain space. Stan is an experienced problem-solver at the nexus of regulation, finance, and aggressive timescale, and has successfully scaled across multiple complex regulatory jurisdictions with strategic financial services partners.

Stan Miroshnik graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Stan then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
