Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson has extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services sectors, currently serving as the Director of Partnership Growth and Operations at Figure since July 2020. Previously, Tom held multiple leadership roles at Figure, including Director of Lending Fulfillment Operations and Director of Mortgage Operations. Prior to this, Tom was the Vice President of Wholesale Operations at Deephaven Mortgage and served as Operations Manager at Finance of America Commercial. Tom's career includes significant positions at Pacific Union Financial, RoundPoint Financial Group, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, with expertise in operations management and partnership development. Tom holds a degree from Radford University, where studies took place from 1991 to 1995.
