Andrew Watters

Andrew Watters is currently the Chief Executive at MyFarm Ltd, where they manage rural investments focused on dairy and horticulture. With a background that includes serving as a farm consultant for the NZ Dairy Board and as Milk Supply Manager for Tui Milk Products & Kiwi Dairies, Andrew transitioned into sharemilking, earning the NZ Sharemilker of the Year title in 2004. They have also held leadership roles as Chairperson for both Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua and Figured Ltd, a farm accounting solution. Andrew studied at Massey University, earning diplomas in business management and investment, and has contributed to various agricultural organizations including the Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust and the NZ Rural Leadership Trust.
