With over seven years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and leadership development, Chris has worked across diverse regions, including the UK, Australia, the EU, and New Zealand. They hold a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, complementing their global perspective on aligning talent practices with company values and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
