Stuart Roberts

Stuart Roberts has extensive experience in the field, having worked in various roles since 1978. Stuart began their career at British Gas, where they held various senior HR, finance, process improvement, sales, and service positions. In 1994, they moved to Centrica, where they held the roles of Head of Commercial, Head of Customer Service, General Manager, and HR Business Manager. In 2003, they joined Barclaycard as Customer Sales and Service Director and Customer Experience Management Director. In 2007, they joined The Co-operative Bank plc as Programme Director, Group Customer Operations Director, Director of Shared Services, and Director of Direct Propositions. In 2013, they moved to Co-op as Chief Risk Officer and Managing Director of CFSMS. In 2018, they became Chief Transformation Officer at Co-op Insurance. In 2021, they joined 118 118 Money as Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Fiinu and Managing Director at PHM Consulting Limited.

Stuart Roberts began their educational journey in 1978, when they attended Liverpool Community College and earned an ONC in Business Studies. From 1980 to 1982, they attended Liverpool John Moores University and earned an HNC in Business Studies. Stuart then went back to Liverpool John Moores University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Business Studies.
