Some feel rocked by complex questions like questions like economic equality, immigration, climate change, politics, and religion. They can make us insecure, frightened and sometimes angry, feelings that are the psychological basis for polarisation. 
I, Mats, wish I had understood earlier that communication is so much more about listening than about sending.
We believe there is a need for mindsets and tools that can make us understand each other better. 
Without understanding few gaps will be bridged. Besides from that, skills like listening, asking questions and reflecting makes us better professionals and humans.
