Tom Merle

Tom Merle is a seasoned leader in business, innovation, and R&D with a strong track record in managing operations, relationships, and the delivery of advanced technology products. Currently serving as General Manager at Fikst - Re:Build Manufacturing, Tom leads a diverse team focusing on life sciences and product commercialization. Previously, they were the Chief Innovation Officer at the US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center, where they fostered a culture of innovation. Tom held several key roles at Continuum, including Chief Development Officer and Vice President of Product Innovation, overseeing strategic planning and operations across varied sectors. They graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Clarkson University as a Presidential Scholar.
