Dilip Kumar holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and has extensive experience in the polymer industry. They began their career as an Engineer at Alok Industries Ltd from 2012 to 2014, advancing to the role of Senior Engineer, where they managed continuous polymerization processes. They then worked at Ester Industries Limited from 2015 to 2018 as a Team Member, focusing on production control and process improvement. Most recently, Dilip has served as a Manager in the Continuous Polymerization Division at Filatex India Ltd, leading operations and optimization efforts across multiple production lines.
