Haluk Dortluoglu

Haluk Dortluoglu is an experienced executive with a significant tenure at BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş, serving as Chief Executive Officer and CFO since November 2005, with responsibilities spanning finance, reporting, accounting, IT, M&As, investor relations, and strategic planning. In addition, Haluk Dortluoglu founded FILE Market in April 2014, where the role of Chief Executive Officer has been held since then, leading the launch of this supermarket retail format in Turkey. Current positions also include Chairman of the Board at BIM MAROC and a Member of the Board of Directors at FLO Mağazacılık. Earlier career experience includes roles at Turkish Airlines, EY, and Arthur Andersen. Haluk Dortluoglu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
