Daniela Rigden

Daniela Rigden (Assoc. CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at FILE since June 2023, while also contributing as a Committee Member at CIPD since August 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at MedPro Group and Keystone Property Finance, as well as Human Resources Manager at Proventa International and FC Business Intelligence Ltd. Daniela's career began with a Graduate Program at Enterprise after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (BA Hons) from the University of Westminster, where education was further supported by foundational studies at the Dr Martin Hodza Academy of Business. A sabbatical in South and Central America was undertaken from June 2019 to February 2020.
