Doug Tough

Doug Tough's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Doug began their career at St. Edward's University, where they served as a Resident Assistant and was responsible for assisting and handling freshmen students' concerns. Doug also enforced university policies and planned and hosted programs for residents.

After that, Doug worked at dynaConnections as a VSP Account Executive from 2009 to 2011. Doug then joined Montague Spragens Lithographers Inc. as an Account Executive from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked at AA Storage Fixtures as a Regional Manager for a brief period of time.

In 2012, Doug joined Boatracs Inc. as an Inside Sales representative before moving to OSI Consulting. At OSI Consulting, they served as both an Inside Sales Manager and a Solutions Executive from 2014 to 2019. Their responsibilities included managing inside sales operations and providing solutions to clients.
