Marcelo Capobianco

Marcelo Capobianco's work experience began in 2001 at Sandria Projetos e Construções Ltda. as an Office Assistant, where they were responsible for financial control and analysis of customers. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a QA Analyst at NSTL, where they were responsible for testing applications on various platforms and creating test routines and reports. In 2008, Marcelo joined BRISA Sociedade para o Desenvolvimento da Tecnologia da Informação as a QA Analyst, later becoming a QA Team Leader and then a QA Project Coordinator. Marcelo was responsible for assuring software quality and managing testing projects for LG Electronics in Latin America. In 2015, they joined NAGRA as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing a project related to Digital TV and leading the company's Agile transformation. Currently, Marcelo is working at FileCloud, starting as a QA Engineer and progressing to Senior QA Engineer and QA Tech Lead. Marcelo'sresponsibilities include manual and automated testing, test planning, and using various development and testing tools. Throughout their career, Marcelo has also participated in knowledge transfer sessions and supported the hiring process.

Marcelo Capobianco completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at SENAI CIMATEC from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information System. In terms of additional certifications, Marcelo Capobianco obtained several certifications including Secure Product Lifecycle 101 from Implementing Security LLC in November 2021, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in October 2020, M001 - MongoDB Basics from MongoDB University in September 2020, Certified Tester Foundation Level - CTFL from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2009, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in June 2018.
