Matt Krogstad

Matt Krogstad is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the FinTech and SaaS industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Groov, a workplace science platform, Krogstad aims to enhance employee performance and well-being. Previously, as a Non-Executive Board Member at FileInvite, Krogstad contributed to the global scaling of a sensitive data management solution. In a prior role as VP of Product and Operations at Future Family, Krogstad played a pivotal role in significantly growing the business and securing funding. Experience also includes leadership positions at Mission Lane, Root Banking, First Republic Bank, Bank of the West, and Fiserv, with a focus on mobile banking, product strategy, and business development. Krogstad holds a Master of International Business from The University of Auckland, a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Fairfield University, and has studied Business and Finance at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
