Claudio Tinnirello

Claudio Tinnirello has a long and varied work experience. Claudio began their career in 2000 as a Technology Marketing Manager at Tarantella. In 2001, they moved to Graphon as a Sales Engineer Manager, where they optimized technical sales processes. In 2002, they became Technical Support Lead at DigitalThink, where they mentored and trained technical staff. In 2005, they took on the role of Sales Engineer at EncryptX, where they coordinated technical sales activities. In 2007, they became Technical Account Manager at Tumbleweed Communications, managing customer escalations to full resolution. In 2009, they moved to Axway as a Senior Solutions Architect, providing pre-sales technical expertise. In 2014, they joined Syncplicity by Axway as Director, Global Customer Success Engineers, implementing customer success plans and processes. In 2020, they moved to Cleo as Principle Solutions Architect, and in 2021 they moved to Files.com as Senior Product Manager.

Claudio Tinnirello attended De Havilland College from 1983 to 1985, where they earned A Levels in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. Claudio also holds a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge by the Cloud Security Alliance from the Cloud Security Alliance.
