Alex Balavich holds a Master’s in Finance and has over seven years of experience in procurement and supplier management across various industries. As a Procurement Manager, they currently manage all indirect spend at Traeger, Inc., leading initiatives that result in significant cost savings. Previously, at Skullcandy Inc., they excelled as a Lead Sourcing Specialist, implementing strategies and optimizing processes to enhance team efficiencies. Alex has also gained valuable experience in roles at Autoliv, ZF Group, and Toyoda Gosei, where they demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations and supplier relationships. Outside of their professional life, Alex enjoys backcountry skiing, climbing, and running.
