Alex Pearson serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Filevine, Inc., overseeing the company's legal affairs and reporting to CEO and co-founder Ryan Anderson. Prior to joining Filevine in 2021, Alex was a partner at Kirton McConkie, Utah’s largest law firm, specializing in corporate and securities law, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Alex is a member of the Utah State Bar and the State Bar of Texas and is committed to enhancing the efficiency of legal practice for the benefit of both lawyers and their clients. Currently, Alex continues their education at Brigham Young University.
