Carol Mohn

Carol Mohn has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Carol is currently working at Filevine as a Data Migration Manager since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Data Migration Engineer at the same company from November 2020 to November 2021. In this position, they were responsible for SQL scripting for data migrations, coordinating migrations with project leads and clients, and mentoring new employees on migration processes and procedures.

Before joining Filevine, Carol worked at Oxy as a Project Manager from August 2019 to May 2020. Carol was then employed at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for a significant period from June 2006 to August 2019. During their tenure there, they held the position of a Project Manager, where they managed various land systems and directed development projects using an Agile framework. Carol also created RPA bots using Blue Prism for the LAND Department.

Carol's previous experience includes working as a Senior Staff IT Administrator at Kerr McGee from March 2001 to June 2006, an IT Administrator at Coastal Corporation from December 1999 to January 2001, and an IT Developer at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from May 1995 to December 1999. Additionally, they worked as an IT Developer at Sprint from December 1989 to April 1995 and at Reserve Life Insurance from 1986 to 1989. At Reserve Life Insurance, they implemented and supported a vendor-supplied health claims system using COBOL and supported and enhanced life insurance systems using ALC.

Carol Mohn has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. In addition, they have also obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in August 2019.
