Mary Lyon

Mary Lyon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mary worked at Filevine from 2019, where they held the position of Director of Customer Success from February 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they managed support and customer success teams to ensure a positive customer experience, focusing on customer retention and expansion. Mary then transitioned to the position of Director of Product Feedback in August 2020.

Prior to Filevine, Mary Lyon worked at Entrata from 2016 to 2019. Mary started as a Customer Success Manager in July 2016 and was promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales in October 2018, holding the position until January 2019.

Before joining Entrata, they worked at Prosper Healthcare Lending as a Customer Success Manager from January 2016 to May 2016.

Mary Lyon's earliest work experience was at the Missionary Training Center, where they held two positions. Mary was a Zone Coordinator from November 2012 to November 2015 and later became a Development Specialist from March 2015 to January 2016.

Mary Lyon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Leadership Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2017.
