Michael Andrew Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael Andrew began their career as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army, where they received training in small arms, heavy machine guns, and infantry tactics. Michael Andrew deployed to Iraq twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After their military service, Moore transitioned to the retail industry, working as an Assistant Manager at Zumiez. In this role, they focused on providing excellent customer service, training staff, and managing inventory.

Moore then explored the political realm, serving as an Intern for Congressman Jason Chaffetz. During this time, they gained insight into the inner workings of a congressional office.

Continuing their career in the technology sector, Moore took on multiple roles within different companies. At gnet agency, they worked as an IT Tech and IT Equipment Coordinator, troubleshooting tech issues, ordering components, and maintaining inventory. Michael Andrew also served as a Game Capture Tech and Production Assistant, creating video game trailers for marketing purposes.

Next, at PurpleAir LLC, Moore worked as an IT Technician and Front-End Developer. Michael Andrew dealt with IT issues, handled troubleshooting, installed software and drives, and implemented routine security updates. Additionally, they contributed to revamping the front-end development of the PurpleAir website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Script.

Moving on to JobNimbus, Moore served as an IT Technician, assisting with IT, admin, hardware, and asset issues. Michael Andrew had proficiency in iOS systems and utilized JIRA ticketing system and Confluence for documentation purposes.

Currently, Moore is working at Filevine as an IT Security System Administrator. In this role, they manage and administers various apps, tests new features, and collaborates with the IT Security team. Michael Andrew sets up test labs for new apps, supports and maintains Endpoint management and MDMs, utilizaes Splunk and Azure, and oversees Meraki networking. Additionally, they ensure security compliance and performs high-risk assessments using Microsoft 365 Defender and Log4J.

Throughout their career, Moore has developed expertise in IT support, troubleshooting, software installation, inventory management, and customer service. Michael Andrew is familiar with various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and iOS.

Michael Andrew Moore graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs in 2015. Michael Andrew then pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology at Los Angeles City College from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they enrolled in the Full-Stack Engineering Program at Bottega Career Services. Although no specific degree was mentioned for their Bottega program, it can be inferred that they completed the program since they obtained a "Certificate of Completion - Full Stack Coding Immersive" from Bottega University in February 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2020. Michael Andrew also completed several cybersecurity and IT-related certifications, including the "Network Security & Database Vulnerabilities" from Coursera, "macOS Big Sur Essential Training" and "Windows Autopilot Essential Training" from LinkedIn, and the "Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration", "Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security", and "Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks" courses from Coursera. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2022.

Looking ahead, Michael is planning to obtain the "Automation Pro I" and "Automation Pro II" certifications from Workato in January 2023.
