Nathan Leader

Nathan Leader has over 14 years of work experience in software development and testing. Nathan is currently working at Filevine as a Senior Software Development Engineer Test (Lead), where they are responsible for continuously developing and improving the C# Selenium based test automation framework. Nathan has designed a fluent API to enable fast and easy development and comprehension of tests. Nathan has also converted UI tests to API tests to improve speed and reduce flakiness. Additionally, they create and maintains automation tools and mentors and advises SDETs and QA Analysts.

Prior to Filevine, Nathan worked at Washington Federal Savings Bank as a Software Developer in Test, where they helped create and maintain automation infrastructure for API, Mobile, and UI testing. Nathan trained testers on automation tools and programming and coordinated with the automation lead on infrastructure design and procedures.

Before that, Nathan worked at VisitPay as a Software Developer in Test, where they wrote and maintained automated infrastructure, tests, and test tools. Nathan also worked at iTradeNetwork, Inc. as a Software Developer in Test (SDET).

Nathan began their career at Adecco Technical, where they initially worked as a Test Engineer. Nathan then worked as a Software Developer in Test (Test Lead) for over 6 years, where they were responsible for test management and leading the testing team.

Throughout their work experience, Nathan has demonstrated their expertise in automated testing using various programming languages and tools such as C#, Selenium, JavaScript, and Cypress.

Nathan Leader attended Boise State University from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, with a focus on Accounting.
