Stefan Berndt

Stefan Berndt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Stefan currently serves as the Director of People & Workplace at FileWave since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Podcaster at Ja klaHR! starting in March 2022. From January 2018 to August 2022, Stefan held the position of Head of HR at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions). Stefan also briefly served as an HR Business Partner at TIS from July 2017 to December 2017. Before joining TIS, Stefan worked at AXIT - A Siemens Company, where they held multiple roles including HR Business Partner, Ausbildungsleiter (Training Manager), Compliance Ambassador, Masterand Human Resources, and Werkstudent Human Resources. Stefan's early career involved an internship at Carolin Lowin Personalberatung in 2011.

Stefan Berndt obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Human Resource Management from Hochschule Ludwigshafen between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Internationales Personalmanegement from the same institution between 2009 and 2012. From 2005 to 2008, they obtained a degree in Bankkaufmann from Volksbank Cloppenburg eG. In addition to their formal education, Stefan Berndt received a certification in "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
