Joslyn Smith

Joslyn Smith, PHR, holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from The University of Findlay, which they completed in 2004. Joslyn has a diverse background in HR management, having worked as an HR Manager at Valbruna Slater Stainless Inc. and currently at Fill-Rite, as well as in various HR roles at companies including Michelin and Maxion Wheels. Prior to transitioning to HR, Joslyn served as a Material Analyst at Hayes Lemmerz International, where they managed substantial inventory and procurement responsibilities. Throughout their career, Joslyn has demonstrated a consistent commitment to employee development, recruitment, and operational efficiency.
