Lyle Baron

Lyle Baron has extensive experience in various managerial roles, including positions as Product Manager, Materials Manager, Customer Service and Scheduling Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Line of Product Leader at Fill-Rite. Prior to working at Fill-Rite, Lyle worked as a Production Superintendent at Guardian Industries, Operations Supervisor at Shindigz, and Production Supervisor at Therma Tru. Lyle also served as a Training and Development Coordinator at Autoliv and as an Aircraft Mechanic in the Indiana Air National Guard. Lyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Huntington University.
