FillerB is a new kind of workforce platform for special education, built around a simple idea: thousands of licensed providers already have extra hours, and schools need flexible, reliable support right now.

FillerB unlocks that supply.

Districts connect directly with vetted speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, special education teachers, occupational therapists, counselors, and more, without going through traditional staffing agencies. Providers set their own availability, rates, and preferences, giving them full control over how and when they work.

There are no recruiters, no markups hidden in the process, and no long-term contracts. Just a transparent, self-service platform where schools can quickly find coverage and providers can fill their schedules with meaningful work.

Behind the scenes, FillerB uses AI to match districts with the right providers based on need, timing, credentials, and fit. The platform handles everything from discovery and introductions to credential verification, scheduling, timesheets, and W-2 payment.

For schools, that means faster staffing, stronger compliance, and access to a deeper, more flexible talent pool. For providers, it means turning extra hours into income on their own terms.

FillerB isn’t a staffing agency. It’s a new workforce model for special education.
