Kyla Workman

Kyla Workman has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of industries. Kyla started their career in 2005 with Event Crew Corp, where they worked as a Promotions staff for a short period. In 2007, they joined Squash Alberta as an Administrative Assistant. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at MMG Partners, initially as an Analyst, then as an Associate, and later as an Associate Principal. In 2012, they joined Point B as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate. At Point B, they contributed to the firm's growth and provided objective leadership to clients. In 2014, they joined Chaordix as a Project Director and played a key role in crowdsourced brand and product innovation. In 2018, they joined ATB Financial and worked as a Product Manager at Brightside, focusing on making things better for Albertans. In 2019, they became a Senior Product Manager at Brightside by ATB. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Symend. However, in 2021, they took a break from their career to be a Stay-at-Home Parent. Kyla recently joined Fillip in 2022 as a Senior Product Manager, bringing their wealth of experience to the role.

Kyla Workman pursued their education in the field of Engineering Sciences, specifically Bioengineering. Kyla attended Harvard University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their degree. Prior to that, in 2003 and 2004, they also enrolled at the University of Calgary. Although the degree name and field of study are not mentioned for this period, it can be assumed that they gained experience or explored different academic interests during this time. Additionally, Kyla Workman obtained a certification in September 2018 from Pragmatic Marketing/Institute, becoming Pragmatic Marketing Certified in Foundations, Focus, and Build.
