Weerada S.

Weerada S. has a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry, having been a CEO & Co-Founder of FilmDoo since 2015. In 2021, they were selected to take part in the Start it @KBC accelerator programme to further develop and expand the business in Belgium and the wider Benelux region. In 2020, they were chosen as one of 30 Entrepreneurs for the Techstars & Barclays #FemaleFoundersFirst Programme. Weerada was also a Board Member of EUROVOD since 2020, a speaker since 2014, and a Film Co-Producer & TIES THAT BIND Programme Participant for EAVE European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs since 2018. Prior to that, Weerada was a Co-Founder of Polele from 2009 to 2010, a Manager for Elix-IRR from 2010 to 2007, and an Investment Analyst for Barclays Wealth from 2007 to 2009.

Weerada S. has a diverse educational background. Weerada holds an MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations from the International University of Japan, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Bangkok Patana School. Weerada also has experience studying Economics at McGill University and Thammasat University. In addition, Weerada S. has obtained the GSV Cup Elite 200 certification from the ASU+GSV Summit in July 2021.
