- Tenant Office Fit-Out. CAT A and CAT B fit-out for commercial and high-spec environments. Partitioning, drylining, M&E, furniture and FF&E, through to full turnkey project management and handover.

- Architectural and Safety Films. Solar control, security, and compliance film installations for commercial and high-spec built environments.

- Managed Workforce Packages. Structured teams of electricians, cable installers, and M&E fitters for data centre construction programmes across the UK and Europe. Not agency supply. A dedicated, non-working Team Leader on site. One point of contact. Fixed all-inclusive day rates. Full compliance transfer. Zero tail cost when the project phase ends.
