Marion Lambs

Marion Lambs currently serves as the Packaging Development Manager at Laboratoires Filorga since August 2022, overseeing a team focused on packaging trends, new product development, sustainability initiatives, artwork processes, and project management. Prior experience includes several roles at Colgate-Palmolive from September 2014 to September 2022, including Project Portfolio Manager for Home Care in Europe and AEA, Network Operations Engineer, Packaging Engineer, and Artwork Engineer, where Marion led new product development and managed complexity in products and materials. Earlier roles included Development Project Manager intern at Groupe SEB and New Product Development Engineer intern at Crown Holdings, Inc., specializing in project management and metallic packaging. Marion holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanics and Industrial Design from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, complemented by a preparatory class in Mechanical Engineering and Technology, and a Baccalauréat in Science and Technology.
