Tim Bantle

Tim Bantle is the President at Filson and has an extensive background in outdoor and action sports management. They have held leadership roles at companies such as Eddie Bauer, where they served as Chief Executive Officer, and The North Face, where they were Global GM for Urban Exploration & Mountain Lifestyle. Bantle's previous experience also includes general management roles at VF Corporation and Black Diamond Equipment, as well as early positions in training and sales at Alpine Shop Ltd and Patagonia. They earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature and Philosophy from Saint Louis University and completed a semester at the National Outdoor Leadership School, specializing in various outdoor disciplines.
