Paul Bilodeau

Paul Bilodeau has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2004, they began their career as a Consultant at Softworld Inc. In 2006, they moved to Onward Technologies as Vice President/North America. In 2009, they founded PangeaConnect. In 2015, they co-founded refactorED and Filtered, where they also served as Chief Product Officer. Additionally, they founded Filtered.ai, where they currently serve as CEO. At Filtered.ai, they are helping to improve and streamline the hiring process by removing unconscious bias and leveraging skills based hiring.
