Matthew Moloney began their career in 2013 as a Sales Floor Associate at Stop & Shop. In 2014, they worked as a Service Assistant & Detailer at GMC. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder & Creative Director at FilterGrade, a marketplace where creative entrepreneurs can buy and sell post-production tools and assets. In 2018, they took on the role of Marketing & Photography Coordinator at Third Piece. In 2020, they became the Creative Director at MOLONEY Creative Agency, a freelance photography and filmmaking business. Finally, in 2021, they co-founded Grounded, a creative marketing agency focusing on artists and storytelling, and serves as its Creative Director.
Matthew Moloney attended Shrewsbury High School from 2014 to 2016, and then UMass Boston from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Business Administration & Digital Marketing.
